Following many years of investment across multiple sectors in the UK, the business grew into a pan-european investment portfolio focused on shopping centre investment in the Nordics with £2bn of assets under management.
Fast forward, and many deals later encompassing commercial, retail, industrial and residential, we’re currently focused on UK property development, active asset management and investing in renewable energy.
Our roots go back over 30 years to 1987 when Clive Boultbee Brooks began his adventure in property development in Shoreditch, London- then an unloved part of town and a far cry from the vibrancy found there today.
We’ve always had a pioneering spirit, going where others don’t (or won’t). We delight in finding a downtrodden building just waiting to be rediscovered, nurturing it back to the modern world. We’re not interested in ordinary, we want to create the finest spaces possible, and strive to make each better than the last. Reuse of existing buildings is vital if we are to minimise the carbon footprint of our developments, and our investment in green technologies is an important part of our vision; by developing our own renewable energy resource we eventually aim to power all our buildings to become net zero.
