The brief was to retain, refurbish and reposition the building within the City’s office core. Natural light was maximised by replacing the original façade with curtain walling and fluted stone-coloured cladding. The project involved extensive refurbishment of the building and replacement of the M&E. We also managed to significantly improve the EPCon the building a key objective of the repositioning.
